Since user fee increases for cars will actually help solve many of our problems with congestion, pollution, and alleged financial shortages - I predict that this proposal will either die in the Senate or be vetoed by the Governor. No good idea goes unpunished in California so, Asm. Fuerer, get ready for the auto dealers and the gas companies to try and kick you butt out of office when you next run for office.
