This whole one-way plan is such a typical L.A. thing.

Concerns about the damage this plan will have on the interests of local residents are ignored or supressed. THe plan is all about moving more cars, faster, at the expense of everything else in the city.

Is it any wonder that L.A. loses so much money to retail business areas in other cities? Our roads are designed to pipe as much money as possible outside of the city!

Slower car speeds = better business in our neighborhoods.

I am quite surprised to see that the city council can just declare that there is no significant impact. Is that without a study at all? That's awesome. I didn't know the city council studies traffic engineering and environmental impacts before taking the oath of office. Nice system.

Without sarcasm now...I am happy to see that a judge has taken a stand and is not just bowing down to the Mayor. This Mayor seems to think that as long as he speaks well and looks good, the content of his policy doesn't matter. I'm very surprised he's not an Obama supporter.
