		<description>Thanks for this blog! Great work. A comment on the one-way contraflow bike route. It&#039;s normally a bad idea to ride the wrong way on a street, but sometimes it makes sense. IN the Netherlands, they have an official policy to permit wrong-way riding on one-way streets on 99% of one-way roads in the country.  If designed appropriately, and traffic-calmed with very slow speeds, wrong-way riding on a one-way streets can provide connectivity in a bike route system that gives biking an advantage over driving, a laudable goal.</description>
