		<description>The problem with LA is we have to use whatever precious land we have available for parking. We don&#039;t set space for parks. Also, doesn&#039;t hurt that we have an x # of spots required per 1,000 square feet of office/retail. If we can get the same requirement for parks, that would help. We have to get rid of this &quot;ample parking&quot; mindset. We need to use more of our streets for parking, to prevent the need for parking garages/lots.</description>
