We don't set space for parks. Also, doesn't hurt that we have an x # of spots required per 1,000 square feet of office/retail. If we can get the same requirement for parks, that would help. We have to get rid of this "ample parking" mindset. We need to use more of our streets for parking, to prevent the need for parking garages/lots.
