		<description>Thank you Bill Rosendahl for stating the obvious! Yes, we don&#039;t need to extend free parking to hybrid owners. You pay less on gas, that&#039;s your benefit. The City needs money, use the extra parking revenues for mass transit needs! Stop giving away cash!</description>

		<description>It&#039;s unfortunate that the fate of the electric car was set up for failure. It appears that individuals driving on the Westside of LA, who have to have the latest &quot;it&quot; car are going a scale smaller. I&#039;m not convinced LA should continue its free parking for hybrids, even though I have a Prius. The incentive people may have needed at first for free parking is already given to drivers at the pump. Perhaps owners of huge SUV&#039;s should be given a disincentive and pay more for parking citations because they take up twice as much space as a Mini-Cooper.</description>
